Steel City Advisors' Project Management practice utilizes a disciplined integrated program structure with clear roles and responsibilities.
Steel City Advisors are the Program Managers and in that capacity:
• Responsible for planning and executing the project by developing a program timeline and milestones with internal co-ordinators
• Secure program deliverables from the client and align the stakeholders and the steering committee
• Recommend completion of the program and transition to functional management by agreeing with the client on measureable results and management reporting KPI’s
Within the Clients’ organization, the Project Management roles include:
Executive Sponsor: is the liaison to management and ownership as the vocal and visible champion of why the project is important.
Project Client: defines what’s needed including the problems, the deliverables and the timeline. The project client measures the program’s success and shortfalls.
Steering Committee Members: provide functional area expertise, provide a voice for implementation success in their area.
Project Co-ordinators: initiate and manage specific project tasks and teams under the direction of the Program Managers.
